“I know, but I’ve missed you.”
Another kiss punctuated that statement, as well as pulling Mai fully against him. Now that she was done stretching she could definitely get his full attention and give it right back, and there was plenty of that to be exchanged between the two of them.
❝ I missed you, too.”
Yet again, she returned his kiss, her arms
wrapping tightly around him as he pulled
her closer. Mai’s nails tangled into his hair,
twirling ever so gently.
She only pulled away a mere centimeters,
her words vibrating through his lips as she spoke.❝ I’m glad you and Aang didn’t destroy
the palace while I was gone.”
And now that they were fully locked around each other and had no intention of letting go, now they could both be guided back to their bed and get comfortable. Which naturally meant Mai was getting lowered down onto the bed and Zuko was following behind her so more kisses could ensue.
“I would’ve had an unhappy girlfriend if I did, not to mention the servants would be rather displeased. I’d rather save your wrath for other things.”
