For a while he thinks nothing of it, maybe his brother only wants to compare notes. It’s only when he goes over with his wand that Zuko get’s a little concerned.
“What are you doing?” Zuko shoots up from his chair trying to get at whatever’s left of the parchment, snatching it up and trying to put out the flames.
Dammit, he caught on faster than Lee was hoping he would, and a few seconds later the two flaming sheets were snatched out of the older’s hand in a feeble attempt to put it out, much to the amusement of their dorm mates who were now watching from their own desks.
Now Lee was back to stepping between his desk and Zuko so he couldn’t retaliate and go after his brother’s own completed assignments.
“That’s for dumping ink all over my Charms homework on Monday.”
“Where’s it at?”
“Nightstand.”
“Why?”
“Need to look at it for a second.”
Getting up from his own desk, Lee took his wand with him hoping that Zuko wouldn’t think anything of it. The sheets for History of Magic was on the top this time, but that’d do.
And there was an Incendio spell to light it on fire as he held it up, first pretending to skim over the parchment.

“Well if you were faster at doing it then you wouldn’t need to copy mine. That’s not the only thing you’re slower at doing though. More than five minutes slower.” Yes that was a direct joking jab at the fact that he’s five minutes older than Zuko.
Either way he was still handing his homework over, but his brother left him wide open for that comment.

“I’m already done with Charms and Transfiguration. I just have Divination and Muggle Studies left. Have fun with that.”
It just might be a challenge, if the fact that Lee’s picking his quill pen back up to go back to his Divination textbook.
