In DMC, Jack steals a ring from Tia Dalma’s shack and wears it from then on, making it his fourth ring.

In actuality, this ring was once Angelica’s - Jack gave it to her during their previous relationship. Angelica then traded it to Tia Dalma for the secret of the Fountain of Youth’s ritual. This is why Jack steals it back after spotting it in Tia’s shack.

In On Stranger Tides, after the Tango scene, Angelica is once again wearing this ring, meaning Jack gave it back to her.

Funny that Jack stole this ring when Tia was trying to explain what “vexes all men” - and Jack answers with “a woman” - right after he re-gained Angelica’s ring!
